Sir I have a suggestion..If you Buy a lot of pages and pin it together and Write the upcoming dates as title then if read something one day write that down representing new.Then go to 1 day after and write the chapters name with red pen representing repeated. then go to 7 days after and write the chapters name again...Like this everyday you will have a to do list like thing...And as you are repeating you are memorizing and. As Alan watts if you have paper work you have proof of your achievement.It becomes real.You will have the feeling of satisfaction of achievement of work done..Don't just set goals.set systems..Run through the system..goal shouldn't be the focus.Immediate step or the item in the to do list should..Thank you.
