My grandfather drove till he passed at 79 ex rally driver so who says old people can't be safe im happy to let my mother drive for long as shes safe

one thing that gets to me is old people that rev the hell out of the engine when they move of people like that shouldent be on the road!!

I think they should be tested but if they are deemed safe enough they should be allowed to continue

As long as they can still drive decently without causing trouble to other motorists I see absolutely no reason why people shouldn't keep driving at 80+. The younger people saying oh they shouldn't be allowed blah blah blah I guarantee will change their tune if they make it to that age. They talk like they are never going to get old. Driving in a necessity for most people. If they can still drive well enough why take their licenses and make them stay at home.
