I am italian, I love food, I love beauty, I love complexity. I am striked by so many things in this video. The complexity of a "daily meal" for many but that requires so much dedication and work. The incredible dignity and love for the process. You can see how they carefully keep their tools at hand, clean and tidy as part of a daily routine that have been going on for so many years. And what is striking is also the unstoppable work of this persons that are stuck in this life of everyday work, surrounded by the beauty of those carpets, works of art for art, everyday objects for them. I would be honored to taste once in my life this dish. Facinating beautiful meal.

@@IshwaAriyae What? Dizi is a traditional Iranian dish. There are restaurants in Iran that have served dizi for more than a century. There are Qajar-era cookbooks with dizi recipes in them. You're wrong, dear friend. The more likely scenario is that this dish was brought to what you call today "Afghanistan" by Iranians, since your land has been subject to Iranian empires for centuries.

I’ve worked with, studied with, learned from and have had numerous Persian friends over the years, and they are some of the best people (yet these Persians live in America now). America was, not so long ago, a strong friend of Iran. Until the Shah was dispatched decades ago, we staunch supports of this group of amazing people. But if the Supreme Leader exhorts “death to America, and death to Israel”, we are not friends. And I truly wish we could be people with a close friendship, as we once were (for the most part; plenty of negative to go around). Our loss of a good friend, Persia, is catastrophic for all.

absolutely loved it. I've tried Iranian food in western countries and it was delicious. I can only imagine how good it will be trying it in Iran. Personally I think Iranian food has a few overlap with my country's food (India) with use of similar spices like turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper etc. It's one of the best cuisines hands down and such a fascinating country. despite being located close to India, it's a shame that most people are not aware of Iranian culture and cuisine.

I have to comment this, I like the way the guys do it with smile on their faces and also - compared to Indian street/market food you can see how they care about each piece of food and each droplet of water/sauce not to be wasted.... I really like how they take pride and show respect to the food. Also food looks great. Also for years now Persia/Iran is on my bucket list to travel to :)
@chandrasekharkotillil42495 ай бұрын
You can always praise this video and their cooking without having to demean and make negative remarks on another country and its food or style of cooking. India is a vast country and there are many places where food (including street food) is made in spotless clean fashion. What you see on social media is only one side and often meant to discredit or showcase a country and its culture (especially India) in a negative light. Its a country of over a billion people and you cannot imagine that every one of us eats food in an unhygienic fashion. Quite the opposite in fact.
@marmary55554 ай бұрын
@@chandrasekharkotillil4249😂 Indians do not have the hygienic standards of Iranians. It's cultural. Iranians are cleaner

Maybe you live on cloud nine. The street food in India is cooked next to the open sewers, so pls don’t talk about hygiene. Even your PM agrees he made tea near the sewers. 😂😂
