I think the problem would be the patent or trademark of the exercise specifically, rather than a program which would be using it. Ultimately yes, that form of exercise has been around, but when did it become that specific exercise. Yeah splitting hairs, but that's probably how they went about it

Video idea: You guys try a bunch of milk alternatives in coffee or something and determine which one is the best tasting replacement as far as creaminess, neutrality, etc. Suggestions (preferably the more common ones that coffee shops will have): almond, coconut, cashew, macadamia, rice, oat, soy, hemp, etc. I know you guys have probably made some similar videos but a lot of people are making the move away from dairy and this would be very helpful as to know what they should try/buy!
