This was so much fun! Such a great idea. The 1913 recipe is the one in my early years that was always present during the holidays. My great grandmother made it and the recipe you read (poem) is the one she used. Too funny! Thank God my mother also made her recipe which you have now made because I think Grama's was the reason why I ended up not liking pumpkin pie. 🤣🤣🤣

I loved this video. I love to read cookbooks. When I would come home on the weekend from college, I would read cookbooks. My mom was so perplexed. She cooks without recipes. I also enjoyed the history of the pumpkin pie.
