What's different between break down the door and knock down the door and difference between fall apart and knock down?

to break down the door & to knock down the door - there is no fundamental difference in a context similar to that shown in the video. In British English the phrasal verb to break down can also mean - to separate something into smaller parts (in the construction industry, for example). to fall apart - to fail completely and be unable to continue in the usual way; to break into separate pieces - different meaning
