Don’t get a laptop in my opinion because I have several friends that have laptops and they have terrible ventilation and overheat very easily if not dusted regularly and properly I feel like you don’t need to worry that much about a pc but they can cost a bit more for the specs I would go with a Ryzen 5 5600x or a Ryzen 7 5700x still on ddr4 still reliable for the meantime until you have money to switch all your to a stand new good pc
