I would have done the coffee cup with chocolate instead of fondant. It looks to floppy when the coffee beans and cake are so crisp. Chocolate shell break and that was just the last solution to get it done then I get it. Drip cakes have sort of fallen out of late, I'm interested to see the new trend.

These look like a cake so I am cool with that but all these gravity defying wedding cakes and upside down cakes just seem to be overkill. Sometimes the making of the cake lasts longer than the marriage so my opinion is to keep it simple.
