80% equities 20% cash. I plan to take advantage of the current market situation as leading indicators predict a bullish S&P 500 by 2025, my only concern is how to properly allocate a large stock/bond portfolio for maximum potential returns.

I don’t see a problem fully invested into stocks as long as you know what you're doing, whereas it's best to consider advisory services
@Biggerstaff43 ай бұрын
Agreed, investing with the help of an advisor did the trick for me in barely 5 years. I worked hard everyday as a teacher for 32 years and my salary was over 100k, enough to get me invested. I'm semi-retd today with nearly $1m, and only work 7.5 hours weekly.

Ellen Geskin Kettle is the licensed advisor I use. Just google the name and you'd find basic info. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.

I'm surprised that you're bullish on O. I have serious concerns about commercial real estate. Everywhere I go I see boarded up commercial spaces, so I'm worried about O and its long term future (yes in spite of its history). I personally would go with PBR out of those 3, Brazil is still growing and the world will need petroleum based products for as long as any of us will be alive.
@Penelope4163 ай бұрын
That makes sense. Not to mention a lot of commercial real estate will not exist due to more remote/work from home jobs. But O Realty has some diversified real estate, and I think they'll be okay, if not, consolidating for a while.

Same. I'm not confident on O for the same reasons.

I would put PFLT up against any of these three stocks and make more in dividends then any of these three and it's only $11 dollars a share. Do the math yourself and see the results for yourself. Keep hustlin people and happy 😊 investing to everyone. Thank you for your continued content 🙏 sir.
@DailyChasing3 ай бұрын
It's got very poor growth though
@1keeshawn3 ай бұрын
@DailyChasing For me personally it's not about the growth. It's the consistency of a 10 to 11 percent return on my investment. The reliability of the consistent dividend I'm getting is great because that's what I've been using to pay my rent and car note. Just do a price comparison and I promise you that you'll get more back in dividend income from PFLT then you would from any other stock in the market. Just do the math. You'll see. Thank you for the dialog and always happy investing 😊.

@@1keeshawn ah I see what you're saying man and I think it's fair because you're in a different stage of life to me, my age and income are both low so I look at growth over dividends right now to make up for it. But from where you are I can totally agree and understand why. I'll look at it genuinely
@1keeshawn3 ай бұрын
@DailyChasing There's nothing saying you can't buy a couple of hundred shares of PFLT and since you're still young do a DRIP with those dividends every month and by the time you need the money as passive income you'll have a nice constant monthly income coming in.

Can you compare the low growth of your dividend stocks to the growth of say a mid or high growth stock. I have gotten lucky with many high growth stocks that have paid much more than most dividend stocks you hawk on this channel. I do know that is the exception not the rule but maybe a comparison could put things in perspective of growth might be better than dividends
@TheDreamGreenShow3 ай бұрын
finding good growth stocks that you call sell covered calls on will always outperform and dividends. dividends are just an easy passive income you don't have to work for, or do anything for. find a good growth stock that just happens to pay a dividend

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Katherine Storch.

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
