For stability, racing, and keeping the body on lol, I love my xrt! And I got mine 3 weeks old for an investment of about $500 its like brand new still. Biggest truck in my fleet. I have a bunch of arrma and traxxas vehicles and my xrt is my big baby. I love it, I got the orange and black one. Man I like the green and black one!

Xmaxx 4 Life!! Seriously though, the XRT looks sweet, very tempting but I'm not gonna do it lol. I've had my Xmaxx for 3-4 years now and between it being so freaking tough and so easy to work on when I do break something, its really the ultimate RC for me. I have gotten so many smiles from driving that thing that it has been well worth the price!

I love my XRT. I do have giant electronics on it and different tires and TX and RX, but it's not absolutely necessary. I'm just into the higher jump thing and quicker rotation. The only thing I've broken so far on it is a wing mount. Everything else has been holding up great to crashes and some jumps. Thanks for the video. I don't regret my purchase. Very durable truggie out of the box.

Sweet brother, Yeah I prefer the Xmaxx as well I just laugh when I run it, but I already have a M2Cified Kraton 8s so no need IMHO for me to get a XRT. New ramp geometry looks perfect, better gradual slope in the beginning #Sender!

Love my xrt , it’s a beast broke the bell crank and now has a vitavon bell crank broke the ears of the bulkheads now has vitavon bulkheads, xlx2 1100kv system it’s a monster of an Rc car! Love the sends awesome video bud

Yes XRT is definitely worth it. For me it's my frist traxxas basher big scale. So I love it drives awesome and yup super durable out of box. Better then the Arrma 1/5 scales

The XRT is super fun to drive. Has a few weak points but they are all fixable The truck is just solid all around and if i feel like driving something fast (not crawling) its my go to every time

Not much xrt i but i gotta give massive props for you driving. I feel disgusted with stock trx remote, cant drive any cars with it, steering is sluggish and throttle not very responsive. Some of the recoveries you showed wouldnt be easy with better radio and more punchy system. Id expect youd swap each new car to a better more comfy radio but nah, send it out of the box and still nail the landings, respect

tried bakingsoda and superglue on my outcast wheel hub and learned a very valuable lesson: normal plastic has some give/flex, but once you superglue it back together with baking soda, the bond will be so rigid it will be literally the first thing to break in an impact

@@thunderrc check this out lol. The losi 32 cc engine the plug gaps are .5 mm to .7 mm. The plug installed in it was gapped to ,5 and that was no bueno lol. Once I gapped it properly it all of a sudden ran like it's supposed to. 👍😀

I have the XRT and I love it ! I will say that I think the XMAXX is a better basher because it's not a LCG chassis but that is also the reason the XRT is a much better driver all around. I think I have traction rolled my XRT 1 time ever. M2C just released a basher bar for the XRT and I think it will be a necessary upgrade along with the bellcrank, servo/horn and servo mount. I will also do the bulkhead brace upgrade that Earl Moorhead did a video on because both front and rear broke on mine. I'm interested to see how stock you keep your XRT and what upgrades you end up doing. Glad to see the XRT back in your stable and thanks for another epic bash session!! ⚡⚡

I had all the problems that you had but yes definitely worth the 1000 , the amount of fun that I’ve had with this thing far exceeds that price , my biggest complaint about the stock xrt it the stock rims, i literally have 16 stock xrt tires that are cracked , I guarantee if you take those wheels off they have cracks rite at the seems on the hex on the rim, but awesome video man , definitely my favorite rc!

Jeff at Eastside RC gave us the recipe for fixing minor plastic cracks and breaks. You use superglue quickly mixed with baking soda I’m not exactly sure if we are doing it the correct way , but it has worked for us with repairs on plastic @EastsideRC youtube.com/@eastsiderc

@@rcprescription you’re welcome!! It’s pretty simple. Just put some super glue on the place you need to fix and sprinkle some baking soda on top and it will seal up the crack or break. Yeah, it’s a really cool trick that we learned from East side RC. You basically put super glue on whatever you’re trying to fix and then powder on the baking soda and it turns into concrete.👍⚡️⚡️🏆🏆⚡️

I understand what you are saying ,,I just don't see the point of launching a very expensive rc truck into the sky to see if it will fly lol,,I do jump my trucks,bit when you are retired on a fixed and income some parts get pretty spendy,,my plastics I boil in boiling water for 20 minutes,and then let plastics soak in wd-40 for 3 days,,and plastics are so durable ,and more flexible it is stupid,and then I spay rc plastics with wd-40 after cleaning session,,,now I do have a arrma big rock that is just a beast that has taken everything I have thrown at it ,,skate parks,bmx tracks,moto crass tracks golf course bash sessions,,just make sure to take sand pit after session or golfers get pissed 😂,and is my older xmaxx 6s I have fun with because new chassis $20.00,,,,new kraton 6s chassis off Amazon $115.00,,I do agree some rc trucks are more durable than other hence why I have a big rock,and xmaxx,,I buy bashers because they are tough,and can take the abuse with playing with them,and I normally do not jump my trucks , because they always land wrong ,,you would after playing with rc cars for 4o years you would think I could get these lipo rc cars to land right,,but no ,,the whole breaking,and fly straight shit I still can't get right ..
