1000 Watt Mini Electric Bike! Alien Rides ATOM 1st Ride | RAW POV Unedited | Portland Waterfront

I've been waiting awhile now to ride the Alien Rides Atom Ebike and that day has finally come!! Sold out on the website but doing preorders in 4 colors, I was in a time crunch and good timing and deal made this too good to pass up. Mirrors, display centered, and foot grip tape added by previous owner. But with only 22 miles, it really is pretty much brand new.
Honestly in the brief time it's been pretty fun to ride. Bought it for my girl but if she doesn't dig it I'll make it mine no problemo!! Bought the higher seat from LUNA and was looking at a way to lower and put forward the footpads possibly. Every inch counts and in this situation it really is true lol!!
But to answer the thumbnail question Can I Fit?! Yep. And ride around. Totally comfortable? I mean no not now but some adjustments and Im in there for a really tall guy. If you're closer to normal height, you'll be styling on this!!
Looking forward to many more days and months riding this and modifying to fit both of our needs.

Good looks AND it's hella fun bro!!! So easy to modify, get replacement parts, will turn into a cool project for sure. Bought a higher seat that adds some comfort and an inch from LUNA to get it started. Also thinking about a way to get the foot pads lower and or more in front of me, almost like a Harley style. Probably complicated but adding suspension of some kind would be super nice as well. Add a mid drive, another motor to the front wheel, maybe they have a hotter controller as this is supposedly a 1000 watt motor, the possibilities are endless!! And simply stock is cool too right now lol!!

Is there any lag or delay on the throttle? I was riding one earlier tonight and wasn't smooth - felt a little weird and unsafe. Looks like yours is working properly.

This bike looks awesome but I noticed it looks like there’s a bit of delay in throttle response. Maybe 1 second or so? Hard to tell from the video but I was hoping there was instant response bc I like to do wheelies

I rode one tonight and noticed the throttle response was off too. It had a weird lag where the motor wasn't engaging at all then would kick in - like there was a sweet spot to actually get it to move. It wasn't intuitive compared to something like a Lime scooter which is instant when pressing down on it. Maybe because it's only one motor in the back as opposed to two? That along with the lame LED light both felt unsafe.

Junior thank you for this question I don't know either so I'll get to the bottom of it!! Let me text alien and I'll get the answer of where we can find that. I'm thinking it's somewhere in the booklet in settings and somewhere in there we can modify all that which will equal the 28. I hate messing with stuff that I don't know about so I haven't touched any parameters yet. Give me a couple days on this and I'll get back to you with an answer....And if you or someone else finds any other info, please feel free to leave it here in the comments as well~

Sorry for the late response life getting a little crazy over here. Haven't been able to talk to alien but looked it up and found this. Looks to be everything that we can do to make it as fast as possible. I've got some other projects so I'm not riding the bike as much but I'll definitely give this a try and let you all know what happens soon.
