@Tornadoes Correct. Liebherr and Kamaz are in partnership in Russia. Kamaz now builds a straight 6 Diesels in Russia from 500/750hp that was developed with the help of Liebherr so it would meet European Emission Standards. I think Kamaz exports there Transmissions into Europe also. The best way for a Russian Company to get into the European Market. Sell there new 6 under the name of Liebherr. Makes sense they would use a Liebherr V8. Keep the winning combination in the Family. Kamaz must win the Truck division of the Dakar 90% of the time.
@skippy57124 жыл бұрын
@Tornadoes The Kamaz V8 that is extremely reliable and durable was of far less HP. About 200/300 Maximum. The only thing I know is there new straight 6 goes up to about 750hp and complies with all Emission Standards around the World. Maybe that is going into Russian Military Vehicles now.

this video is funny and crazy for several reasons. the first is that this truck is excessively polluted and it is still on the track. the second is that it is, as many say, an off-road truck designed to cross dunes and rock walls. And they thought it was good to let him go at high speed while driving as he wanted. While the only thing that can possibly protect this extremely heavy and fast truck from the public are straw blocks that do not even have concrete blocks to hold them and prevent them from rolling back or moving away in the event of an impact. (thank you google for allowing me to translate this text xD )

There's been some questionable runs I've taken with my 85 F150 square body that'd probably ring true to that. Not every day you launch a truck 5' in the air and loose two armloads of firewood out the back.

From your northern neighbor here in southern Ohio we to also like to back road in old pick ups. I have 5 inches if left 3 body 2 suspension on 35s and weight like half as much as that tank and still have more body roll

The all-electric future and the awesomeness of this beast are worlds apart. Can't imagine a future without dinosaur powered vehicles.

Fossil is just stored solar energy. Liquid fuels for ICE's can be made synthetically, and will be made with electricity from other energy sources. So although fossil may go, ICE is not going away for a long time in uses, where it is difficult to replace. But electric makes sense in cities and places where people can charge their cars easily.

The refueling is actually not an issue because you can make everything behind the crew cabinet a gasoil tank
