Wenn ich sehe wie der Kollege auf der Maschine hockt und in der Bohrung mit dem Druckluftschleifer arbeitet, wünsche ich ihm ein gutes Gleichgewicht. Thank you brother, there was a lot of rust inside and outside of the forged steel material. It was around 5 tons. It took 3 days for the pre-welding process and I processed the flange in 1 day. The welding process took 1 day and the delicate process of opening the channels took 2 days.

I wonder how much the costumer could have saved by specking the OD to be as-forged everywhere it isn't a contact fit with something? I've seen a number of videos of people spending a lot of machine time (e.g. 5-axis contour milling with a 5mm ball mill) getting very great results on what is, in the end, cosmetic finish work because that's what the costumer ordered.
