After you reach a sort of "maximum budget" because there's no way to upgrade further, you should do it again but this time every day the rarity of the items increase until you're using uniqes and stuff

Ever since they added the update where your curses re-show the effect upon hitting someone who's already cursed with them. A bug was introduced in which you get the audio cue for hitting your curse against world objects. This includes things like: Enemy shields/block hitboxes, Doors, Crates, Barrels, Chests. It's a pretty consistent bug, in the video you got the bug because you hit the bars of the jail cell which open up and count as a door.

Depends how much you wanna spend but for 10k you can get a really nice kit

Actual bis 3/3 or 4/4 rolled sets range from 30-100k, imo don't spend more than 10-15

I notice that most locks, including fox, tend to shoot the hellfire towards the top right corner of the door. Is there a reason for that? Is it just to make it easier to run through the door after you hellfire or is it a hitbox thing?

What are your thoughts on curse mastery vs malice? Great video btw.

I dont really play warlock but mathematically curse mastery sounds way better, especially for a torture mastery lock. Malice's impact on your damage is so miniscule that i dont think its worth bringing (10% of your will is 2-3 points, which translate to about 6-7.5% magic power bonus. Since warlock's spells have a very low base damage, this would only get you about 1.5 extra points of damage per curse.
