I loved the trailer home and I think the toilet paper part was from the covid situation when people went crazy and bought so much toilet paper to the point where there wasn't any left in stores. You should do an orphanage, or a boarding school in a series so it has like 4 levels. Level 1: stuff like library, dinning hall a few classes, swimming pool,hall.
