Hey Grill great job on house. I loved every room. The bunker was cool and i agree with you witg the people that want to buy it 🤣. The one guy with mask 🤣. We got the update on the console and I had enough money to buy that house on the moon. We dont have all the items that PC has like the bunker and food etc. But hope we get it soon. At least we get the updates at the same time PC gets it now. I was having so much fun watching you I didn't realize it been a hour. Keep up the good work.

Same, I really enjoy longer videos bc a video of 10-20 mins just doesnt always cut it. Having to find something else to watch every 10 mins gets old after 14-16hrs at work lol. That's why I like longer videos, i can listen or watch and help pass the time by. I play on PC, or well i use to bc it got super repetitive and i ran out of interesting things to do. But I do like watching or listening to grill's videos. I wish that console got everything that pc got but atleast yall are getting updates when PC gets updates. I wish they would add an optional realism game style that you can toggle on and off at main menu.

in the tablet next to the store is the buyer tab if you want more money click on the buyer tab it has information about the people who show up on the side including their budget and what they are seeking in a house keep that rating up and you will make so much more money when you flip the house, pluss you dont have to sell the house you can rent it out as well

I know it's an old vid but if you were wondering at the time why the buyers were paying low amounts it was because of several things. initial furniture is crap poor staging make sure description of room matches your goal (bedroom for bedroom, office for office etc. not just saying "room")

Hey Grill I don't know if you know this but there is a wall outlet there behind the kitchen cabinet that you placed with the mircrowave. That might be the reason but then again you put a book shelf right in front of a ligth switch so who knows.

3 beds, 2 people....what's wrong with that? Maybe they are planning for their future or have those things, what are they called, people talk about them some time, I know some people have them, fuck what are they called.....oh yeah friends. Maybe they have friends that come and stay the night and they wanna make sure they have beds to stay in if they have company, but if they come and shit hits the fan they better bring their own gas mask lol. I mean my house has 6 bedrooms but it's just me, my gf and her son, but we have 4 extra bedrooms that are pretty much unused unless family or friends ds come into town or friends come over and wanna crash bc they drank to much, or just stayed late and eont wanna risk driving while super tired. Nothing wrong with having extra beds/rooms. Most ppl have an extra bed or extra bedroom just in case they have a kid or for whatever reason, very common. Js

I wish they would add a realism option at the main menu that would change it from the normal game to a more detailed gameplay. Bc the normal gameplay gets old and super repetitive. If they did a realism gameplay they could add the ability to pull down drywall, cut holes in the drywall for power outlets, switches, or diff plates. Have the ability to run every wire behind the drywall, cut holes in the wood to run wires thru. Be able to place a cable box in a closet, run wires from cable box to a wall plat that has a power outlet, HDMI, audio ports for surround sound, optical audio, ethernet. Run the wires to where ever you need them, run some to a wall in livingroom to make another wall plate with a new power outlet plug, HMDI, ethernet, optical audio for a soundbar. Run in-wall or normal speakers. Run each wire to a certain area like Rear Left, front left, center Rear right and front right, along with a sub port. And put an audio wall plate if you put normal speakers and run wires to the speakers themself if they are in-wall speakers. Or plug the speaker into the wall if it's a normal speaker. Be able to run ethernet to the closet wall plate and into a router and modem. Run ethernet ports in every room, run power to the breaker box, run port for home phone line. Like an actual realistic gameplay option with detail and ability to do anything in game that you could do irl. Ability to replace roof shingles or whatever u choose for roof. Run rain gutters, literally ANYTHING you could do irl and have the ability to do it in game. Now that would be awesome af. Def have the ability to turn realistic gameplay on and off with a slide bar that pops up when u turn it on that gives u ability to go into less or more detail. That would be awesome I wish I knew how to make a game, I'd totally make that realistic house flipper. Lol
