100k seems like a interesting and intelligent guy. Pretty balanced and fair assessment of the situation. He is absolutely right that Von was never convicted of murder and people are innocent until proven guilty 100%. However, criminal burden of proof is different that court of public opinion. TLR obviously was never saying that Von was a criminally convicted SK. Despite the fact Von remains criminally innocent, it is valid for people to look at the evidence available and come to their own opinion about wether Von was a killer. Especially in light of his untimely passing (RIP) since he will never face criminal charges. I understand what TLR was saying, it’s not the fact that Von may have killed people that makes him SK, it is the fact that he seemed to do it so gleefully and derive some enjoyment from it. I’d love to see a livestream where TLR talks to a criminal profiler about the issue and see if they feel that Von met criteria as a SK or not.
