They are delicious. I tried roast pork where ever I visit the southeast Asia. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Taiwan. I tried roast pork in Hong Kong, Beijing and Macao. Philippines has a similar version but the people prefer the traditional version. Full of herbs, like lemon grass inside the belly. And the skin is crispy thin through open fire like charcoal.
