Only 4 more rentals to go until #100! Any thoughts on what I should call the channel after 100? 200 Rental Cars? 1,000 Rental Cars? Or just leave the name?

100 Rental Cars But then again the Number Means Something and it has a lot of Attention getting Grab from New Potential Viewers. Going to 200 then 500 means Constant name change. Unless, you do 1000 Rental Cars and that would surely hold you over for a while.

I find myself watching your video and enjoying it very much, I don’t know why I am watching it because I have the same car 2018 Ford Edge Titanium with about 72.000 miles. My wife and I enjoining this car from the day we purchased it, I was very lucky to find it in our local Ford dealership at November 2018 used with 26.000 and I paid $29.000. Our last payment is due on December this year and I am happy to say we had no problems as yet. I was questioning the high mileage on it since the car went in service on December 2017 but since we’re retired we driving it very conservative.😊😊😊

If, in a while, you get tired of rental cars and have a lot of subs, you could also do videos where you review new cars from dealers. I really like the rental car idea, but if you want to expand I think that would be a good idea. If you start doing that you should definitely keep your same down-to-earth, non-technical approach. Keep doing what you’re doing! I was so excited that you had a new video up. Can’t wait for 💯!🎉
@100RentalCars6 жыл бұрын
I started with rental cars, because I get them through work. Usually about two a week. But I like the idea of approaching dealers, I just don't think I have enough subs to get a good response yet. Hopefully soon, I just have to figure out HOW to approach a dealer.

Great review as always. You offer what I would call an honest mans review. Its not super technical. There isn't a huge list of data plastered across the video like I see some reviewers do. You don't talk about the competition to the particular vehicle you're covering. All those things are ok but I appreciate that you don't do it. You talk to us as if you're explaining information to a friend and not like you prepared everything beforehand. I think you have to change the name. How long has it taken you to reach 100? I would change it to 200. Its a realistic goal. If its 1000 then I assume it could be years before you rent the last car and a lot can happen during that time. You may decide to move on to something else or whatever. A goal of 200 is far enough to be a stretch but doesn't look impossible.
@100RentalCars6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the kind words! I actually tried to sound all technical early on, but it just made me seem like I was pretending. 200 Rental Cars? Yeah, that's what I'm leaning towards. It should take me another 2 years to reach that. As for making it to 100, that'll happen in exactly 4 weeks! I'm still working on getting something fun (aka expensive) for my 100th review...if I can afford it.

We currently own a 2013 Edge SEL AWD and are planning to buy a 2018 Titanium before the end of the year. Our current vehicle has the same transmission and drive train as this #96 test model. They all drive exceptionally well and we are looking forward to the increase in mileage since our model has the 3.8L V6 which has some real passing power but maybe a little too much for someone approaching 80. The turbo 4 will be enough for us!! Your in depth review clinched our decision to buy sooner than later. Thanks.

Great review! I just bought a brand new 2018...it had been ordered but the buyer never bought it...( ?? ) Fortunate for me it had everything I wanted. All wheel drive, 2.0 EcoBoost drive train. (5 speed auto) Glad it was not the Titanium but has the Sport Appearance pkg: no chrome and very nice charcoal 19" rims. Really nice floor liners that actually will hold spilled liquids. Heated seats (Wish it had the cooling seats) and my wife and I really like the heated steering wheel! Feels nice on a cold day. FYI Did you know the rear seats recline too? And yes, much more leg room than the Escape...one of the main reasons we sold our Acura RDX....it was more of a sports car. If you have any plumbing questions...I'm your guy...thanks!

100 Rental Cars i have renteda ram 1500 that was because my grand cherrokee had a recall i loves the ram and even want to buy but my main issue is that the ram doesn’t fit too well in my driveway so it extends partially into the street when it’s parked in my driveway so in the three weeks that i have had my hoa has been harrasing me about the truck not fitting in my driveway the have fined and they even called a tow truck to tow the vehicle but I stopped them.

100 Rental Cars no I didn’t like it i have a 2013 jeep grand cherrokee laredo 3.6 v6 but i am thinking of trading it in for a jeep grand cherrokee limited with the 5.7 hemi that’s because i need to tow a boat an my gf doesn’t want to get a pickup truck that’s because not many pickups fit in my driveway except for an f150 so I thought i’ll just get an f150 but she said no because the hoa already wrote me letters about having the ram as a rental for three weeks because it doesn’t fit in my driveway.

These are neat SUV's. I have an Explorer Limited this week from Avis. It's a great SUV, though gas mileage isn't as good as my Grand Cherokee, and the 390-watt Sony sound system is unimpressive, probably because the amplifier isn't meant for surround sound. My Grand Cherokee has a 506-watt Alpine sound system, and it sounds awesome compared to the one in my rental Explorer. I really want to try out an Edge once though! :)
@100RentalCars6 жыл бұрын
I've never had an Explorer. I see them all the time on the rental car lots, but I never get one for some reason. Sounds like it could be fun. Are you renting for a work trip? Or is your Cherokee on the shop?
@jeepguy956 жыл бұрын
We have it for a family trip for a week. Didn't want to put the mileage on the Jeep. Got it for a good price from Avis for the week since I'm an Avis Preferred Member. You should get one (an Explorer Limited) if you get a chance/pick. I really, really wanted a Sport model with the 3.5TT EcoBoost V6, but they gave me the Limited with the standard non-turbo 3.5L V6. Still good, as my only requirement was having leather like my Grand Cherokee, since we were driving it a long distance.
@100RentalCars6 жыл бұрын
I've seen a few Explorers on the lot lately, although I'm not sure they were Limited trim levels (I didn't look very closely). I'll ask for one when I return this weeks rental. If I'm lucky, I'll have one in a week or two.
@100RentalCars6 жыл бұрын
And good luck on your trip!
@jeepguy956 жыл бұрын
Enterprise does either XLT's or Limiteds... think Avis does the Sport and Limited... I was really hoping for the Sport, but the Limited is still cool. I will warn you that the regular 3.5L in the XLT and Limited isn't as good on gas as the EcoBoost in the Sport... our Expedition EL with the EcoBoost we had for our family trip last year got better gas mileage than our Explorer we have on the trip this year... we've had to put gas in 3 times this week. Can't wait to see/hear your thoughts on the Explorer! The Grand Cherokee (not Cherokee) Limited is also a good rental. We love ours, although we wish we had the cooled seats like Enterprise gets. At least we have the 20" wheels!

You do get more for $1000 than just the plug.
