I’ve been diagnosed with BPD along with PTSD. It’s something I understand and tend to struggle with but I have amazing support now with it. I don’t talk about it much but it has been something that has really affected how I see myself along with my connections with ppl. I feel it’s actually a gift to adapt in certain situations.
