I am looking forward to this. From a design side we are a second year team and couldn't find any good diagrams and assemblies of how the misumi slides setups go together. We are using two viper slides this year but the slides used in them are sloppy.

Hey guys a quick question, how are you able to attach the musimi slides to the extrusion without it sliding off?

We just used T-nuts to mount it, adding a bit of loctite will help.

Does your robot always hang after you disconnect power at the competition? My team and I are having trouble visualizing what will happen to the arm we have after we cut the power to the motor that pulls it up.

We have run into disconnections due to the loose connection of the XT30 power cable, we solved this problem by taping a layer of masking tape on the male connector.
