did you have multicore rendering enabled in csgo? the fps seems extremely low for a ryzen 5 5500 and if you turned that on that wouldve gave you a big fps boost. my i7 4790k can run faster then that with multicore rendering enabled. PS: i also have a 1050 ti so the fps benchmark seems very odd

Yes, it will work but not rightaway when you put it in. Since b450m-h doesn't have a bios flashback, you need to update the bios with another cpu(you can borrow one from someone) or a bios flasher. You can also ask help to update bios from a tech market or something like that but don't get scabbed/overcharged. The maximum amount you must pay is like 5-10$ and you can even find someone to do it for free. Bios flashers are really advanced stuff so you might need some help.

Also, if you're not limited on budget. You can go for 5600. It's better for your beyond upgrades.

Yes, I'm currently using B450M S2H. You can also use it with any motherboard that has an AM4 chipset. The important differences between the motherboards are temperature, PCI-e version, tuning and compatibility. Gigabyte's B450 is a really good choice for this cpu because both components support PCI-e 3.0 at it's best price and it also has vrm heatsink. If you had an A320 or a A520, you couldn't be able to overclock or undervolt it. Few months ago, I had an A320 motherboard and as far as I can tell, my whole pc case was heating up to 50°C when I was using A320M-K, so I bought the Gigabyte B450 S2H.
