Cooper Rush tried his best to lose the game at the end…luckily TBs linebackers cant catch balls thrown right to them.

Re: cowboys showed they’re capable of being that physical *even with nothing on the line. I’d argue they’re good *only with nothing on the line. The opposite of clutch. :/ SUCH an impressive performance unlike any game when it mattered. 😌 no?

I'd rather have Baker @ 40

sure for a guy that's one one more playoff game has a 50 and 54 record hasn't sniffed an MVP...yeah that's smart… that's a smart thing to say😂

@davewhite3193 MVP is a Bristol pageant award. KC owns the MVP. Baker, younger and mobile, made bad teams look good and none of them looked as good since he left. So yeah, him at $40 over fn Dak at $60? In a second.

I don't think Mike was set up to fail. I think it was assumed he'd fail and they let his contract run out. After the GB loss, I suspect JJ realized his team just wasn't good enough (perhaps a phone call from an irate Johnson as well?), and seeing how the contracts were aligning, and being fully aware of how a scheme change (defense) is usually slow to adjust, decided to let everything, Mccarthy included, ride. They've gotten lucky with their wins but the casuals must be fed. Too bad it could cost us in the draft, premiums end early in this one. The TB win was impressive. Fire Chuma today. Beebe and Smith are playing really well. Steele improving, distance from that injury is starting to show results. Rush is a smart QB, just not an athlete lol. Best game for him. We got lucky again, but this time it felt more deserved.

How was he set up to fail? Cooper rush is one play away from winning 5 in a row- with back ups- and all I’m hearing is oh it’s because of the run game- oh cause of the defense- Yeah cause cooper rush is actually handing the ball over- in turn sustaining drives longer in turn keeping your defense rested- the defense and the running back was always good it’s just that Dak is butt ass

@Killabvato My point

@@Killabvato the run game and the consistency at running back was not the same. The one game Rico was starting full time was the Steelers game which we won. After that it was the committee of fools again. That and sadly Martin was not holding up well in the middle causing Dak to try to play to fast to make up for it. Cooper has gotten better even tho we can see his lame duck throws to fergy all the time, but the biggest turnaround was the stability of a decent oline and getting Micah back with a defense that finally understood run fits and zimmers schemes.

To me, Dak was a major reason the Cowboys started the season so poorly. I know, the defense was not good and the offensive line was weak, especially at left tackle, but at no time did you ever have a sense that Dak could rise to the occasion and will this team to win. Just look at Rush, he’s not great but he has gotten better each week. Dak did not do the same. In fact he got worse as the season went on. The discussion is that McCarthy is mediocre and should possibly not be kept as the coach but it’s Dak who is the weak link. Not a popular opinion but it’s just the way I see it.
