In this video number {1059}, IR2110 and IR2113, High and Low Side Driver IC for High side and low side mosfet / IGBT. i explained datasheet, pinout and its Testing. these are used to drive H-Bridge (full bridge) topologies configurations. IR2110 is 500 volt and IR2113 is 600 volt maximum. Floating channel designed for bootstrap operation and fully operational to +500V or +600V. Tolerant to negative transient voltaged V/dt immune. Gate drive supply range from 10 to 20V. Undervoltage lockout for both channels. 3.3V logic compatible Separate logic supply range from 3.3V to 20VLogic and power ground ±5V offset. CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs with pull-down. Cycle by cycle edge-triggered shutdown logic. Matched propagation delay for both channels. Outputs in phase with inputs. The IR2110/IR2113 are high voltage, high speed power MOSFET andIGBT drivers with independent high and low side referenced output chan-nels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enableruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible withstandard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic. The outputdrivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimumdriver cross-conduction. Propagation delays are matched to simplify use in high frequency applications. Thefloating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration whichoperates up to 500 or 600 volts
Both channels are controlled by TTL/CMOS compatible inputs.

Thanks Haseeb for this video, also last videos with bootstrap circuits was nice part of theory to better understanding working of power electronics units. I thought, will be good also to make test with two extra mosfets driving this LED's instead of driving LED's directly from IR2110. One LED connected to GND and other connected to Vcc. This will test bootstrap capacitor and "down" mosfets inside IR2110 driver as well.

Excellent, as always, Haseeb = Thank you. I have just been developing an Universal H Bridge Motor Driver Breakout Board. Maybe my design considerations will be helpful to others. The boards are meant to use NPN MOSFETS, on both the high and low side. This adds to economy and availability of parts. When using NPNs on the high side, a bootstrap is required. The board provides for these components. When the board is used on the low side, the bootstrap components are simply not populated, or jumped, as required. A simple LTV-817S optocoupler is used to 1) separate/protect the microcontroller pin from the high side voltage and, 2) as it contains a transistor, to drive the power MOSFET, directly. I have made the boards to fit just one MOSFET at a time. This supports different uses and heat sink configurations. I do not claim the use of optocouplers is unique; these circuit designs can be found, readily, on the internet. They do have the advantages of protecting the MCU and building the driver cost effectively, with just a very few components. My boards are in the mail to me, even now. We will see how they work. Assalam Walekum rahmtullah sir is the IOR 2110 and IOR 2136 same? We are using ior 2136 continuously but we don't know how this 2136 is work if you will discuss about this 2136 it will be so helpful for us this IC used in the sewing machine circuit board to drive the motor IGBT

TC1252 is i think NCP1252 (8 pin) and it has more dlphabets followed by 1252 (A, B, C, D, E indicating the duty cycle and operating voltage) www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/ncp1252-d.pdf i think it is hard to find its exact compatible. if it is not available then it will need to modify the circuit

i think TC1252 is NCP1252 www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/ncp1252-d.pdf please check complete part number for ending digit to determine the operating voltage and duty cycle. i think its exact compatible is very difficult. if it is not available then might be some modified ciruit may be used to drive at same specs
