First according to the height of a Minion (which is 3.5 feet on average) Gru is 4 minions tall, which means he is a godly size of 14 feet tall. Second if any of you remember the original Despicable Me, you Know there is a scene when Vector kidnaps the three girls and shoots a series of heat-seeking misses at Gru, he then dodge them all. According to the speed of an average ballistic missile (1900 mph) and the size of the missile according to his ankle size, Gru can perceive and move at such a speed that the missiles only move 9.5 miles per hour, 0.5% of their original speed. Plus after this Gru punches a shark and it is paralyzed meaning its spine is probably shattered, to remind you it would require a force greater than 3,000 newtons to fracture the spine. That’s equal to the impact created by a 500-pound car crashing into a wall at 30 miles per hour. I rest my case.

Yeah well I mean the premise of the entire Thanos' quest for the stones, so it follows how he does that and his goals. The Avengers are the main protagonists, and their story revolves around their counter and reaction to the story objective, so even though they're kinda the main characters, they aren't actually the main character because the story is centered around Thanos if that makes sense. In the first Avengers it was the Avengers being created to stop an attack on NYC. This is the Avengers assembling to stop Thanos, but that's not what the encompassing story is about. Thanos is the center of everything going on. Really cool tbh

I'm not sure where the consensus stands on the better of Infinity War And Endgame, and which more people like more, but I feel for some reason it's Endgame just from what I've seen and heard. To me though, Infinity War is marginally better in terms of entertainment, plot, design, action, humor, and world building. Thanos is a much cooler character, the plot and storyline are more grounded and less crazy, the characters are developed and interact wonderfully, and the entertainment of the action, drama, suspense, and urgency for the protagonists is just so well done. But obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I'm not trying to discredit or razz any of that, I'm just curious where people stand and explaining where I stand.

Only certain scenes were shot in the larger but more box like Imax ratio for Dark Knight and DKR, mainly the wide outdoor shots or city scapes. Same with Dunkirk. Avengers 3 is the first non-documentary to be shot 100% in Imax format. Just saw it today, very impressive, those scenes with Thor forging Stormbreaker are really enhanced because there are so many spherical elements going on and the picture is rounder rather than rectangular.

5:40 A recast for any of the Avengers would be a travesty and obviously recieve backlash. If you're gonna have a character, they need to be played by their original designated actor. Rhodie was a small character in Iron Man, and was quickly replaced, so that gets a pass, but a character that's been around a while, or one that hasn't been a pretty small supporting role can't be replaced; it just won't work and will really disturb the continuity of the films. The casting has been perfect for 99% of the characters, and actually I can't think of any poor casts, so there's no reason to adjust something that is perfectly done. Additionally, I don't think ANYONE is gonna be able to place Iron Man for a long, long time. He's so well casted and perfectly played that seeing anyone else as Tony would just feel so wrong, and fans would be appalled. It would be an unfair task for any actor, and they'd be criticized no matter what, which just isn't fair to them, the fans, or the character. It's like someone playing Luke Skywalker right after the SW OT, or Marty Mcfly right after the BTTF trilogy. Hell even nearly a decade after Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker and tragic death, Joker actors have been criticized, even though their Jokers were different physically and personally. I mean, okay, Jared Leto was terrible, but even Juaquin Phoenix playing a totally different Joker in a stand alone film who played the character very well got backlash. Those actors and characters are so intertwined with their characters that changes are never appreciated, regardless of good they are as a stand alone. Being compared to the perfect embodiment of a role is just an impossible task to conquer. It's gonna be interesting to see what the next Iron Man is gonna look like when it inevitably comes out, whether that's a decade from now or 30 years. It might be a Marvel reboot, an Iron Man reboot, or a multiverse film, but either way, it's gonna be compared detail for detail to RDJ's Iron Man, and I just don't know how that could be successful. It's essentially a monetary and character death sentence, cause everything involved will be criticized and compared to the OG Iron man, which like I said isn't really fair
