What he said was that Rock Lee was his all time favorite one to draw, like in general. Sasuke on the other hand, was his most difficult and picky to create throughout the series, but because of that effort and time that he spent drawing him, he turned out to be his favorite one by the end. A lot of the moments of sudden decision really made this series all the more better. One of the things I wish people would learn about is the fact that Minato was Narutos dad. Those episodes where Naruto finally met his parents really really grew his character and like anyone.. made me freaking cry.. especially when saying goodbye to Minato before fading away. All of this really made me appreciate Naruto and his parents.
