I never made a second video. After putting everything back together it still jumps like a bronco. I’m thinking I might have a leaking clutch pack unfortunately. It’s on the back burner of projects for right now.

Had hired hand push incher peddle clutch from 3rd in power shift in like a regular shift clutch. Bout put him thru windshield.since it went from 4-3. To 4-1 in an instant. I know u can go from 4-3 to 4-1 if u just push incher peddle 1/4 of an inch. But u better wait for mph to drop.

@@tysprojects2571 I heard something about an adjustment needing to be done as well. In the manual it references a special test with monitors to tune it

Did you ever make pt.2?

No I didn't. It didn't fix my tractor. I'm pretty sure I have a leak in the clutch pack. But a sticky control valve can cause it too.

@@tysprojects2571 figure it out? And can you do a video on how to drive a powershift trans?
@tysprojects25714 жыл бұрын
I would take a video if I could, but the tractor is parked in the weeds for now and a few parts have been picked off it. But I can tell you. The 4 letters on the right are your ranges. You do not want to shift them when the tractor is moving at all. The shifter on the left with the numbers and R is the power shift. Push clutch in, select your range you want. Then put the power shift in either 1 or R. let the clutch out. If it is 1, you can just push the power shift lever forward to 2. After you are in 2 and been more speed, push lever into 3. No need to clutch for these by the way. If you run out of power in 3, you can pull the lever back to 2 and then 1.

Did you ever get it going?

No.... I think my problem is a leaking clutch. This could have been the original problem. I heard if the control valve is left too long, it can take out a power shift clutch.
