Lee. This has been a great series. We got to see what it’s like to be on tour in a band. How it comes together. The ups and downs, getting to know that band, the crew, and even the house staff at each venue. We get to see how important everyone is and what they do. We take it for granted when we go to a show and see the performers when it’s the ones we don’t see that are also stars in there own right. Yogi is rock star for sure. I will always think of Brad and his sax in the oddest places honking away. It was great to see venues like cathedrals then the next day a tent. I hope other artists will do something like this series. Now go find some homemade potato chips.

Thanks so much, Lee, for taking us along on tour with you and the rest of the gang. It has been one fascinating trip to see what it takes to put together and pull off such an endeavor. I know it would take a considerable amount of editing, but I can see this series being boiled down to an award winning documentary at Sundance and other film festivals: “A Behind the Scenes Look - On Summer Tour with Lyle, Lee and the Gang.” Oh yeah, and I’d still love to see a bobble head of yourself included in your merch. I’d be proud to display it next to mine of the Big Lebowski. Talk about a pair to draw to! Wishing you and all the musicians and crew the best of everything. Stay safe and stay healthy. ~ Mark

Hi Lee, Sorry for the big question but, at the end of a tour, do the semi trucks drive to a big wharehouse in Los Angeles and unload everything and the musicians go there to get their amps and drive home from there? Or in last load out do they just grab their stuff at that last show and rent a car in that town and drive to their home state from there? or fly ofcourse.

Hello lee and everyone. So much stuff to comment on. Not even halfway the video. First one, lee hasn’t lost his touch with the ladies. That’s so cool. And seeing Lyle in his COOL SUIT. Really debonair looking and that white hair suits him very well. And of course lee,s comeback to that guy with the spoons. He can play something to me and feed me at the same time😂😂😂 Those three acoustic guitars sounded real good. Voice’s were great also. 😊 Never seen a band like this. 👍🏻 Really a treat. 👏🏻 harmonies man o man. 🫶🏻 For me this is a very special video. So bummed out that I couldn’t see this live. But I’m really glad lee took the time to show this. Saw the other video as well. Amazing trio. And the response of the crowd. Super. Thank you so much buddy. 🥰

How do apply to be Yogi's apprentice? In my college days in the early seventies we booked the Beach Boys for a double show. Show Co Sound was traveling with them. My job as a student was to help them with logistics in the auditorium when they arrived. While they were setting up they ran into technical problems. i worked with the lead sound tech and helped him to straighten things out and the shows were a great success. By the time they they were packing to head north to Vancouver, BC, for their show the next night they offered me a job to roadie on their next tour to South America with ELO. Thought about it for a while, but wasn't sure what my family would think leaving a college education to travel. Funny how life moves with and around you. Especially at age 18.

For most artists that’s spelled wrong - it’s weakly. All kidding aside, I have a buddy who does touring with mid-level bands. He has always said the money is good if you can take it. It’s all the stuff to distract you from the boredom when you are not playing that costs you so much - drinking, drugs and women other than your wife.

@@nightflight1454 age has a funny way of doing that to you. Hell watch some of the 70s documentary like "c*cksuckers blues" and they seemed pretty bored of all that then - didn't mean they stopped but they were bored. 40 years later you just don't have the energy. Thanks Lee, this is way cool !!!. Can I ask a dumb question (I have no experience with any type of PA work or sound stage operations etc), when you guys have got all the monitors sorted out, when it then kicks thru to the house system (audience etc) can you hear that at all on the stage, how much difference does it make to the stage monitor settings ?, do the lads on the side of the stage have to dial it up or down throughout each show to suit the moment, is that quite a normal process ? cheers mate
