Hello there... I have some experience working with banks and insurance companies. Their lawyers do not really bother to negotiate. I presume they do not even have the right to negotiate already approved corporate documents and contracts. Big players in this field just offer you a typical contract to accept without any discussion on some terms. I would say their motto is 'Take it or leave it'.

The Lawyer's English Language Book amzn.to/3bg5MfJ contains a chapter on banking law vocabulary, though it was quite basic. It depends what exactly you are looking for...
