It has been a while, but what a treat to go into the new year with! I knew, there must appear a beutiful lady on the canvas and how she did shows what a master artist you are. After "casually" wiping the paint off to create space for her and a few loose brushstrokes, her face emerges, crowned by sunlight that you poured over her hair with your palet knife. It reminds me of the quote from a sculptor, that the form and shape was already in the stone, his only work was, to reveal it. Thank you for this most enjoyable video and I wish you a very good new year.

What a beautiful gift. For the first 3 minutes I kept seeing and guessing what he was drawing. At first, I saw a woman, holding a baby in her arms, and raising it above her head. All of a sudden, at about the third minute, the image finally materialized in my mind, and I saw it for what it actually was. That is one gift I used to have. During my fist years of school, my art teachers would not return the work I would submit to them as required by the curriculum. My mother would be furious for her too wanted to have the paintings or sculptures I use to create for class. The teachers simply refused to return those works, citing that the materials provided were actually school property....😂 I didn't grow older to be an artist. I am sure the teachers expected that but, I am sorry... I disappointed them and myself as well. I believe this is one of the most beautiful paintings I have ever seen. And I have seen a lot. Congratulations Captain.

Ce que la construction de ce tableau m'inspire : semblable au Créateur de nos vies, qui nous impose quelquefois la souffrance, et les épreuves que nous ne comprenons pas sur le moment, ce peintre pose en tous sens des taches sombres dont nous ne comprenons pas tout de suite le sens. Pourtant lui (le Créateur et le peintre) sait quel but il poursuit. Plus tard, les rehauts de lumière et de couleurs plus vives vont donner un sens à tout ce qui nous semble un désordre apparent. En ce qui concerne l'application spirituelle, c'est ainsi que Dieu construit notre vie à travers notre marche dans les sombres vallées, jusqu'au but final : porter en nous la caractère de la perfection, celle de son Fils bien aimé Jésus-Christ. Notre créateur est admirable et ce peintre est juste génial. Merci Vladimir... C'est beau ce que vous faites.
