From bottom of my heart I am your fan and respect you and love you and My prayers are for you I consider you an asset for our ummah but I disagree with you on the notion that we just suppose to follow elders blindly and not use our own intellect cause I find again and again in the Quran (AFALA TAQELOON, TADDAKAROON, TADDABAROON) Bani Israel account in the Qur'an is filled with these examples. As of my understanding My love and My respect is for elders but my Loyalty is with HAQ and Truth and whenever I come across it then it doesn't matter to me even if it is going against elders and most of the big elders and Imams done the same they challenged their elders on the issues when they believed in something different in their times. As for memorizing (gardan) your way is much better than the traditional way in my class I was the only one who could effortlessly recite it.
