Despite being involved in a major case, this lookalike still considers himself an OG Vice Lord from Gary, Indiana. The conversation also involved an issue with someone named J Dog from Houston, who was trying to expose them. I'm from SoCa. Gang culture here started in the 30s and tradtionaly gangsters start around the 5th grade. Real talk. I live in the 90806. I've seen rats from different hoods after leaving cdcr (sny yards). Walking around, low key, but 5, 10 years ago they were in the paper ratting. Noone does shit. That's real in LA. There are rats all over and noone presses them. Paperwork was started in CDCR in the early 70s.
