sir if possible please help me this one also because I don't understand output ground. I still confuse about ground as a reference and i confuse where to put black lead to measure voltage in output and input. Because I have tv and I try to find where is ground to measure voltage. There smd capacitor aluminium. But I need the confirm. It is correct to take ground from smd aluminium negative

you can use -ver terminal of any polar capacitor closer to that circuit for using as return path or you can trace that portion of the circuit and check +and - supplies for that portion. some circuits have many portion and that are isolated from each other. in that case you need to check that circuit carefully
