10AM/10PM : Hanging around in Paris with Aimu Yamazuki

FR/ Aimu était de passage à Paris avec le crew d'Homeboy afin de shooter quelques photos pour son interview à venir dans notre mag print n°3 qui sortira le mois prochain. C'était l'occasion idéale pour lui faire visiter la capitale avec un passage obligé par la Tour Eiffel et quelques lieux emblématiques comme le Dôme. D'ailleurs ce lieu lui tenait à cœur puisque la Menikmati dont quelques passages ont été filmés sur ce célèbre spot, est l'une des vidéos favorites de Aimu et son père.
EN/ Aimu was in Paris with the Homeboy crew to shoot some photos for his upcoming interview in our print mag No. 3, which will be released next month. It was the perfect opportunity to show him around the capital, with a mandatory stop at the Eiffel Tower and some iconic places like the Dôme. This spot was particularly special to him because Menikmati, one of his and his father's favorite videos, has some footages filmed at this famous location.

This is the only way Aimu should be filmed. Fish eye does not allow the viewer to fully appreciate Aimu's style. Long lens (proper, and not that horrible Strobeck style).

True! In a part they can throw some vx fisheye shots doing a ledge line (full 90s style) but they should always shot a long lens clips of it right before/after to see how surreal he looks in “real life”. Ive always been a die hard fan of Ishod’s style, with lose trucks and flowy transitions from street to vert, but Aimu’s got something else man, even with tight trucks he just floats around like its second nature to him…
