I think it was High Hope in Houston. It's on KZbin. She's made a beautiful transformation. Such an amazing voice.

Yup, it was High Hopes at Warehouse Live in Houston 2009. He heard her singing in the audience during a sign along and brought her up on stage. It was awesome!
