Been here for 11 years and counting. Haha. Advice lang is save up lang talaga para maka buy ng sariling apartment/condo. Para yung pagbayad mo sa rent, hindi napupunta sa wala. Once nakuha mo na PR mo, go back studying again. Study Healthcare, anything dental, nursing related kasi dto malaki bayad if working sa healthcare field. Not to brag, Wifey works as RN and earning $40/hr, and me works as Dental Hygienist getting paid $60/hr here sa Vancouver. Goodluck sa journey mo!

I remember I used to rent my very first 2-bedroom apartment for 750 a month - but that was over 20 years ago😂. So enjoy! BTW, yung 10K na ginastos mo ba is in pesos or dollar? Also, confirm ko lang, I’m assuming your status in Canada is as a temporary worker?
