Without any measuring or timing device. Contestants to judge when they have run 1k, 3k, 5k and 10k whilst on the run. Points awarded for how many metres they are short or over the declared distance. Person with fewest metres wins. Cannot be run on a running track or at a familiar spot.

I always enjoy watching Rick out and about, as I run in the same area and enjoy spotting the locations. The point at which Rick fell over is a classic muddy part of several Cross Country race courses. Also in the woods, about 400m away from that point is a den similar to the one Anna and Andy found. If I was out running and spotted Rick, I'd say he was the famous one, but just 1 week ago I ran through that park, past the den and out on to the road to the north and saw Yianni of @Yiannimize fame filming in a Ferrari. So close Rick!

Loved it, a couple interesting things I saw on a run was a guy swimming on his back in a lake while juggling 3 tennis balls, I stopped to watch for a couple minutes, only in Seattle. And then a big foot sign on a trail.

I can identify with Rick I wish I had a reaction video of people seeing him running with the cone. Sarah nice work scoring what a voice. Anna always my favorite. That was such a great video. I hope that finally people can understand that running has to be about fun and not about best times. If you look carefully, there is so much to discover in this world that show how beautiful our planet is. For that reason you have to enjoy running because it is an opportunity to notice everything and not be lazy car drivers who even think walking to a bin is too much of an effort. Better be a runner. By the way, I have a new idea for a challenge: Everybody has one hour time to run and give a guided webcam tour of their hometown. Show the running community why your place is worth a visit and which are the best places to run in your town. You can present everything you want, so a lot of people feel tempted to spend a running holiday in your town. The running channel viewers and subscribers are allowed to vote for the best place guided tour runner. The person who walks will be disqualified, so you must run your tour.

It was also great seeing the interactions with the public... maybe a challenge that involves getting other runners you come across to help you do achieve goals? Random acts of kindness running challenge. Maybe over 5 or 10 k. You could earn points depending on the acts. Help someone over the Rd, pop into corner shop and pay for someone's shopping! Take a photo for someone etc etc.

Id like to see the team do a leap frog challenge. The slowest person starts off first and the fastest last. For the slower athletes the challenge is to not let anyone past you. For the fastest athletes the challenge is to get to the front. This was a 'game' we played in traing when rowing teaches you to push hardest when you most tired to either stop someone getting past or trying to get past them. Definitely one to have the sick bucket out for!! :-)

Great to see the face behind the voice! How good are you guys at coaching. Could you take an average runner and give them 4 weeks with you as their coach and then see their improvement over 10 km as a percentage of their time. You would set them a programme, encourage them, and then run a 10 km where your time and their improvement make the total.
