Very informative video for me. I've been searching for dashcam for a long time and have watched many of your videos in the past. My only concern was the hardware wiring, I was not sure if I will get right person to execute it rightly. But this video is a savior and now I can safely plan to install Dashcam in my car without any worry. Just one question : Will it work with "70MAI REARVIEW DASHCAM + NIGHT VISION REAR CAM" ? I park my car in open area under sunlight for at least 4 to 6 hrs, will there be any impact on the performance of Battery and Dashcam due to sunlight and hot weather? Is it useful if my main use is to record while driving ? Majorly , my car will be parked inside my home premises, so parking monitoring is not much required. Also, if GPS is not required, should I go with A400 as opposed to A500s . The price difference is 3000 r.s for dual channel

Parking surveillance feature activation is one time process, Go to dashcam settings in app interface > Select recording mode (Shrink/Normal/Stand by) > and set the battery protection level at High, mid or low to enable the parking surveillance and auto cut-off feature to avoid battery drain.

Hi, here you go: 1) After vehicle is turned-off enters - Time-lapse video OR Normal record OR Sleep : Ans - I would personally recommend the time-lapse mode. However, you can switch to stand by mode if your car is always parked for a longer a duration. 2) For vehicle battery protection - High 12.4 V OR Middle 12.0 V OR Low 11.8 V. Ans - You can set the lowest limit that is 11.8V because your dashcam will drain power from the battery pack.
