so happy to finally be sharing with you all my stretching routine! love to do this on days where I feel my muscles are sore, to get me ready for my pilates workout or after completing a workout!

10:43 When I took gymnastics as a kid we always called this stretch butterfly and the teacher would ask us where we wanted to fly to. It's such a vivid memory I have of that time!

Thank you so much for posting this! It was much needed, just finished the 10 mins abs and 20 minute Pilates/HIIT workout. So, this helped me get some of the extra soreness out! 😊💕

for longer legs/to make your legs look longer, make sure to stretch your legs day and night (as well as your body so it doesn't swell!) stretching is important as it loosens up and lengthens your muscles so they don't look bigger or they don't feel too tight. plus it helps give flexibility and mobility!

I absolutely love this pilates stretching video! My favorite stretching move from this video has to be 3:32! This one move in particular felt so good for me and I felt like my whole body was being released from such tension, I could do it for a long time even if I wanted to! Thank you so so much for all of your workout videos, you are my all time favorite fitness and lifestyle creator!💓☺️

Omg Lidia, this stretching video got my heart! It is incredible, I am in love💗💗 I have been looking so long for this type of video and here it finally is! I love how short and quick, but actually effective this stretch routine is, so I can do it before and after my workout, as well as before going to bed and after waking up! 💖😍😊
