1 Cup - Green Peas
1/2 Cup - Gram flour/Besan
1/2 Cup - Semolina/Suji
2 Cup - Water
1 Medium Onion
2 Tbsp - Carrot
2 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
1 - Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp - Chilli Flakes
1 Inch - Ginger
1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 Tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp - Gram Masala
1/4 Tsp - Carom Seed
1 Tbsp - Oil
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp - Cumin
1 Pinch - Hing
6-7 Curry Leaves
Chat Masala
Oil for frying
