1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup - Water
3 Tbsp - Oil
For Stuffing:-
2 Medium Boiled Potatoes
1 Tbsp - Oil
1/4 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/4 Tsp - Black Mustard Seeds
1 - Green Chilli
1 Inch - Ginger
1 Pinch - Hing
1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp - Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp - Gram Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp - Chat Masala
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
Oil For Shallow Fry
