If we are finding out the variables using the literature review, will it be EFA or CFA ?

If the scale used is already validated use CFA.

if you're in the process of identifying variables based on a literature review, you'd start with EFA to explore the underlying structure of your variables. Then, if you have hypotheses or a theoretical framework to test, you might proceed to CFA to confirm your model.
