Honey, it’s very hard for girls to bulk up as we don’t have that much testosterone like mens. If you’re using your own body weight to exercise, you will not be bulky! Don’t worry! I trained with my body weight for years, and I never be that super muscular or bulky. It takes a lot of time, effort and very strict diet to bulk up, so don’t worry! 😉🩷

It's true that I've also been doing double workout some days, and I did a 14km hike today. But more or less 2cm yeah. Ohh and I did this once a day!! Hope it helps.

Great video but It would be much nicer if the creators understood that the background music should be low and the ticking of the time sound should be higher than the music because most of the time when I am working out ( as a person with tinitus) it’s very inconvenient to keep with such amazing workouts where I have to keep checking out the video for timings it’s so much inconvenience. hi there, im having pcos and i dont do diet, too. i dont know if this helps but this is my daily routine, pre-workout to warm up, then i'll do resistance training exercises, i only do abs & cardio workouts for about 1-2 days/week. maybe its because your belly fat is harder to lose than other parts? as mine is easier to lose than other part on my body so idk

Imma do this for 2 weeks straight (hopefully) and see if theres any results :P (please do remind me if i forget to update) Day 1: Wasn’t that bad overall it was a bit hard to do it EXACTLY like how youre supposed to but I think I’ll manage as the days progress, really loved the strech. Day 2: I fixed my mistakes from yesterday and I can definitely feel the burn a lot more but overall it was easier than yesterday and wasn’t too bad. Still no difference but i’m not surprised bc its only day 2 Day3: Starting to wonder if this is bs or not but patience is key (ig) So far not too bad, I’ve definitely improved on the moves so far but the rectangle thing is a bit hard to do and I feel absolutely no burn from it but maybe im js doing it wrong. Still no difference but then again Its only been 3 days Day 4: I can definitely feel myself getting lazier to do this but imma push through it bc i fucking hate my thighs. Im improving and im getting the hang of the rectangle move, still no difference whatsoever Ps I do these workouts once a day bc I have other workouts aswell.

Doas your leggs bolk up.. i whant a thighs gap.. but.. but.. but.. bolk.. only bolk.. doas kome… i cant train this.. i cant train enything to not get bolky leggs.. when i strech.. i dont get a thigs gap.. im to scared to try.. il get bolky leggs again.. i cant do diet.. im only 15.. mom and Dad you gnow… my life is over..

try to warm up your legs before exercising and after you do the thigh or any leg workout, cool them down by doing specific stretches and then your legs won't bolk up. you can find related videos on KZbin.
