I have always been so insecure over my inner thighs touching, your workouts have transformed my body tysm. I have always been worried about my thighs bulking up from certain exercises if you could have a inner thigh gap workout with no bulking that would be super reassuring

Honey, it’s very hard for girls to bulk up as we don’t have that much testosterone like mens. If you’re using your own body weight to exercise, you will not be bulky! Don’t worry! I trained with my body weight for years, and I never be that super muscular or bulky. It takes a lot of time, effort and very strict diet to bulk up, so don’t worry! 😉🩷

@@EmiliaRossi-ym3gs Heyyy, I've been doing it for a week now (well, almost cause I had some cheat days in between haha), but I've lost like 2cm per thigh in this week. It's true that I've also been doing double workout some days, and I did a 14km hike today. But more or less 2cm yeah. Ohh and I did this once a day!! Hope it helps.

Hi hailey! Great video but It would be much nicer if the creators understood that the background music should be low and the ticking of the time sound should be higher than the music because most of the time when I am working out ( as a person with tinitus) it’s very inconvenient to keep with such amazing workouts where I have to keep checking out the video for timings it’s so much inconvenience. I'm going to do this starting today! My measures : Weight :65.04kg Height :157cm Thighs :66~67 cm Waist :haven't measure them yet Day 1 :✅ Day 2 :✅ it's way more easier for me to do this on the 2nd day. Hello Haileyy! Your workouts are absolutely amazing, Ever since i startes doing your workouts, my body started getting in shape!! I know spot reduction is not possible, so I do full body exercise combined with abs, legs, or upper body... what to do? I've pcos and I'm 18. hi there, im having pcos and i dont do diet, too. i dont know if this helps but this is my daily routine, pre-workout to warm up, then i'll do resistance training exercises, i only do abs & cardio workouts for about 1-2 days/week. maybe its because your belly fat is harder to lose than other parts? as mine is easier to lose than other part on my body so idk

Imma do this for 2 weeks straight (hopefully) and see if theres any results :P (please do remind me if i forget to update) Day 1: Wasn’t that bad overall it was a bit hard to do it EXACTLY like how youre supposed to but I think I’ll manage as the days progress, really loved the strech. Day 2: I fixed my mistakes from yesterday and I can definitely feel the burn a lot more but overall it was easier than yesterday and wasn’t too bad. Still no difference but i’m not surprised bc its only day 2 Day3: Starting to wonder if this is bs or not but patience is key (ig) So far not too bad, I’ve definitely improved on the moves so far but the rectangle thing is a bit hard to do and I feel absolutely no burn from it but maybe im js doing it wrong. Still no difference but then again Its only been 3 days Day 4: I can definitely feel myself getting lazier to do this but imma push through it bc i fucking hate my thighs. Im improving and im getting the hang of the rectangle move, still no difference whatsoever Ps I do these workouts once a day bc I have other workouts aswell.

hailey please please help me or tell me what is wrong with me because i feel this in my abs and my outer thighs and i think i am doing it correctly. also whenever i do the inner thigh lifts, or the exercise where you draw the box it hurts my hips SO much and im only 13 and i dont have any hip problems 😭 i just want to be pretty but these workouts never burn or i never feel it in the right places 😢 please help me and tell me what im doing wrong

You are pretty inside and out. You just need to stick with it. It hurts my hips as well. Just make sure you are squeezing your thighs on every move. Don’t give up

try to warm up your legs before exercising and after you do the thigh or any leg workout, cool them down by doing specific stretches and then your legs won't bolk up. you can find related videos on KZbin.
