i started working out a few months ago and i wanted to try pilates! my goal is to get a stronger core and look toned, i’ll do updates on my progress :) day 1: ✅ i really felt the burn but i’m excited to keep going!! day 2: ✅ this hurt my whole body and wrists so much but afterwards i did day 1 again for fun! day 3: ✅ i felt pretty good after this one so i did day 1 again, still trying to straighten my legs more! day 4: ✅ i got a muscle cramp near the end so i couldn't finish the last 5 mins but i felt an intense burn! day 5: ✅ my core is literally on fire but i’m starting to feel my abs more! 2 days rest 🩷 day 6: ✅ great start to week 2 and i can straighten my legs more now! day 7: ✅ burn felt good and did day 5 again for fun! i feel a lot stronger already! day 8: ✅ didn’t have much time so i just did 5 mins for core again! day 9: ✅ nice warmup for the rest of my workout, i can’t believe tmr is the last day! day 10: ✅ ended off the week solid! did day 1 again after and i can feel a big difference :) after doing this program, not only do i look a bit more toned but i also feel way stronger than i used to be! i'm excited to continue working out and improving on my health everyday! on to the next challenge 💪

@@aqsawaheed5319 i usually do my workouts in the evening/night, and for the order i do pilates --> lifting --> cardio. i find that's best for me, but whatever timing works for u is prolly best for u! i hope that helps :)

@@emiliastepanuc9938definitely. I’m still on day 14 but I do day 15 tomorrow but I’ve noticed some differences. It really works. It gets easier throughout the days as well. You can read everybody’s comments that they’re leaving throughout the days and they all love the one month plan.

2 WEEKS PILATES CHALLENGE Day 1 (Monday): It felt super tired but good to do it, I will update as the days go by 🥳‼️ Day 2 (Tuesday): This was hell, I felt like my body was burning but I know that's good, I hope to continue like this 💪💗 Day 3 (Wednesday): Somehow this time it felt very easy, it still felt like it was burning but the exercises became easier for me 🤗💗 Day 4 (Thursday: This time I did get tired, although I was able to control the exercises better 💗 Day 5 (Friday): This time it was easier, I'm already seeing changes

The thing that makes this video unique and stand out from others is the choice of music, it's more like a soothing aesthetic which is perfect for wonyoungnism! It's a low impact and I could follow the moves very well even without specific directions. It's a 10 minute but I could feel every little of my core muscle burning and I did piled up with a few sweat drops around my neck

Writing a comment for the first time. I'll do that during the week and once a day 1 day - it wasn't very difficult, but it wasn't easy either 2 day - same as day 1 3 day - noticeable small changes. Exercise became easier to do a little 4 day - my stomach became flatter 5 day - it became easier 6 day - the exercises are not that difficult 7 final day - my stomach became really smaller and the exercises became much easier. I will continue to do this for another week 8 day - easy 9 day - some changes 10 day - period but I did it 11 day - easy 12 day - idk why but it was hard today

@@SandraOzoemenam-c9n Hi so I didn't see any significant change externally, but that might be because I didn't particularly change my diet. I live in a hostel so the food is not in my control mostly. However, I definitely feel stronger. You feel the burn after every workout and it gets easier and easier everyday, clearly your body muscles get stronger.

Just finished yesterday too, I definitely saw some changes the first 15 days mostly in my strength and condition, then I lost some weight and my legs and my stomach but that depends on each person, besides the routine I did about 25 min of cardio and changed a little bit what a eat

came here from instagram and god! i've never worked so easily and intensely at the same time on my body! i recently came back from home after 2 month-long vacation so I didn't workout back home and ate as much as I could lol trying to get back in shape using this challenge will switch to 1-month challenge once I'm done with this and clean my diet as well not using ankle weights (cuz I'm broke lol) day 1- ✅ legs raises were as hell as I remember them to be and I couldn't do most of the exercises perfectly but the burn was worth it! day 2- ✅ THE BURN!!! i hope it actually shows visible results because I feel good internally. okay so since I didn't put the measurements yesterday here they are Waist: 28 inches (used to be 26+ bloating issues) Thighs: 24 inches (thats- 💀I seriously want my thighs skinnier ㅠㅠ) day 3- ✅ back here for the update- booty hurts sooo much but love the burn!

Okay so good news I have been working out for like 3 months now I would do Pilates, legs exercises, dumbbells,walk,badminton and all AND I HAVE FINALLY LOST SOME WEIGHT I used to weight 74-75 now I am 69 kgs I know it’s a lot but still at least there is improvement and I’ll continue working out till I reach atleast 57-60 kgs

i definitely understand estimated this workout, my abs were killing me. i’m starting university in like two weeks and since i’ve been eating lots this summer let’s see if i can loose some weight and reduce some of my waist update: i only got day one done 2 months ago and starting again but fully and…the longest 13 mins of my life
