In the US the Honda CN250 is called a Helix. I had a 1987 model. They're great machines, but there are a few weak points to look out for. Early models did not have a support bracket from the cylinder head to the carburetor, so the constant vibration would crack the intake manifold rubber. There is a small coolant hose that warms up the carburetor. The brass fitting where the hose connects to the carburetor fell out as I was riding on the highway at 100 KPH. By the time I could safely pull off the roadway, I had lost all my coolant and the engine had seized up. Good luck with it.
