Test centre nahi city ka option milta hai. And slot booking ke video humne kaha hai ki jo bhi test centre milega usse select karna padta hai, waha koi choice nahi hoti. Hope this helps!

bro how is cgpa calculated for dualities for scholarships, do we need to get 8+ in both msc and btech degree?

Bro the first year course is same for every student so the cgpa of first year for dualites determines the BE branch you get i think so you can get cse at 8.4 cgpa (really hard to achieve/ godly)
