10th class board exam pass mark 2025 / Odisha matric pass mark 2024-25
In this video, we explain the 8-point of grading system used by the Board of Secondary Education Odisha. The grading system evaluates students based on their aggregate marks out of 600, with grades starting from A1 (Outstanding) to F (Unsatisfactory).
Grading scale:
A1 (Outstanding): 90% and above (540-600 marks)
A2 (Excellent): 80%-89% (480-539 marks)
B1 (Very Good): 70%-79% (420-479 marks)
B2 (Good): 60%-69% (360-419 marks)
C (Above Average): 50%-59% (300-359 marks)
D (Average): 40%-49% (240-299 marks)
E (Fair): 33%-39% (198-239 marks)
F (Unsatisfactory): Below 33% (0-197 marks)
To pass, students need a minimum of 33% in each subject and overall, with at least 30 marks in each paper. Those scoring Grade F must reappear for the exam.
