10th International Day of Yoga 2024 | Durban Adventures

I made this video to celebrate United Nations International Day of Yoga 2024, its theme being: "Yoga for Self and Society", yoga's important role in enhancing people's lives and the wider community. I ended up attending the International Day of Yoga event in Durban with the Durban Consulate of India and Sivananda World Peace Foundation. I really enjoyed the physical yoga with the breath synchronicity and full body movement workout.
Bhakti Marga SA also had a national OM Chanting and I attended the one at Durban Botanical Gardens. It was so peaceful chanting OM in Nature under a beautiful tree. It was fun spending time with good company and doing Sadhana. Through the Grace of Satguru Paramahamsa Vishwananda we have Sadhana like OM and Japa Chanting, Atma Kriya Yoga and Earth Meditation, for a spiritual life. Life is so much fun and an adventure when Guru & Bhagavan Krishna plans it. The day ended off with dinner and chillaxing with Sangha friends. Grateful to everyone that added love and peace to my weekend.
