सोनाली, महाराष्ट्र के एक छोटे से गाँव से ताल्लुक रखती हैं, उनके पिता किसान थे और माँ लोगो के घरों में काम करती थीं। सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद, सोनाली ने अपने सपनों को साकार करने का साहस दिखाया। आर्थिक परिस्थितियों के कारण उन्हें दसवीं के बाद पढ़ाई छोड़नी पड़ी। इसके बाद उन्होंने मुंबई का रुख किया, जहाँ उन्हें अंग्रेज़ी भाषा की कम जानकारी के कारण कई जॉब इंटरव्यू में रिजेक्शन का सामना करना पड़ा।
21 साल की उम्र में शादी के बाद भी उन्होंने काम जारी रखा। अलग अलग कंपनी में काम करते हुए उन्होंने न केवल अनुभव हासिल किया, बल्कि आत्मनिर्भर बनने का आत्मविश्वास भी पाया। पति और सास के समर्थन से उन्होंने The Nihar Event and Exhibition Company की शुरुआत की।
आज सोनाली अपनी कंपनी की CEO हैं और मार्केटिंग व ऑपरेशन्स में कुशलता के साथ इनोवेशन को बढ़ावा दे रही हैं। उनकी कड़ी मेहनत और दूरदर्शिता से कंपनी ने 2024 तक 18 करोड़ रुपये का टर्नओवर हासिल किया और 22 से अधिक लोगों को रोजगार दिया।

Sonali hails from a small village in Maharashtra, where her father was a farmer, and her mother worked in people’s homes. Despite limited resources, Sonali had the courage to pursue her dreams. Due to financial difficulties, she had to drop out of school after the 10th grade. She then moved to Mumbai, where she faced multiple rejections in job interviews due to her lack of English proficiency.
Even after getting married at the age of 21, Sonali continued working. Through her experiences in various companies, she not only gained valuable skills but also developed the confidence to become self-reliant. With the support of her husband and mother-in-law, she founded The Nihar Event and Exhibition Company.
Today, Sonali is the CEO of her company, driving innovation while excelling in marketing and operations. Her hard work and vision have led the company to achieve a turnover of ₹18 crore by 2024, providing employment to over 22 people.
