Quick question for you... in my lead generation agency I am offering guaranteed booked appointments. One of the only things I am wondering is how do I go about "working" the leads that come in and do not automatically book on my clients calendar. Should I put them through workflow? or have a VA call them. or Call them myself... What would you suggest?

Great question. Now what you can do is use that automatic booking bot, but I would honestly not do that especially for clients. Look into hiring a Filipino VA with very good English. I don’t know how large your agency is but if you have some money to spend get a software called vanilla soft. Integrate that with high-level. If you don’t have a lot of money to spend or you just wanna do some more budget friendly, I would train that Filipino VA. Download Slack. Learn how to use Slack I might drop a Slack video here soon, but the entire operation of SMMA is handled in slack. You can have integrations that go from HighLevel to Slack. So what you can do is as a lead comes through you can have each sub account integrated with that slack, which means it’ll notify one channel and if you have that VA working that one channel, he knows how to and who to call on behalf of. I would say one ISA can handle anywhere from 10 to 15 accounts. ISA means inside sales agent if you were wondering, or didn’t know (aka a VA that’s trained)

Looking forward to more content and information mate, a few months into a SAAS and finding client acquisition to be my current difficulty. Have been interested in doing something like this for a while. Have you got any tips on the script to give these VA's so that they're converting a higher percentage of calls? Also I assume that you setup all this in a separate subaccount specific for those VA's to use? Cheers

You are correct about the VAs. In terms of training, I would use an SOP. I personally don’t use scripts I use frameworks. What are your difficulties with acquiring a client?

@OfficialBlakeMaddox I'll look at working on a framework and SOP to go forward then thank you 👍 When I was cold calling I found it rather time consuming to manage around a full time job, instead I resolved to taking time off work and walking into businesses which did generate more interest but not the quantity of clients I was hoping for yet. Hoping that having the VAs provides a bit of an automated procedure that isn't dependant on my availability around work to increase the client quantities

Really just depends on niche as well as list. It always varies. I’ll be happy to convert 5% to appointments, and then in terms of closing that all depends on the skills level of the closer and the follow ups leading to the appointment. 30% KPI is what I would say a good closer should do. I sell 7k Pifs at 35-50% C2C lol.

I feel like most businesses here wouldn't be open to hearing an offer from someone with a different accent (they may even think it's a scam). What are you thoughts on this? Just hire one that doesn’t have an accent bro. You can do one or two things hire someone from Venezuela or hire someone from the Philippines. We have some people that work for us that are in the Philippines, that legitimately sound American, with a little little bit of an accent.
